VBS at NB First Church of God
Hike on over to the New Bethlehem First Church of God for an Alaskan adventure week of VBS!
During VBS, babies that can walk through those that just finished 6th grade, will play games, enjoy tasty snacks, sing songs, learn interesting Bible adventures and play with sciency gizmos!
This year we are learning the importance of trusting Jesus in this wild world!

An age-appropriate and fun-filled journey through the gospel of Jesus.
Sing & Play Peak
Sing, dance, and worship with us! Our VBS includes lively music sessions where kids can express their faith through song and movement. It's a joyful celebration that brings everyone together.
Wild Bible Adventures
In Wild Bible Adventures, kids trek through powerful Bible stories that demonstrate how Jesus is their unmovable, unshakable friend forever.
Imagination Station
Imagination Station is the sciency spot for creativity, discovery, and surprising faith connections!
Glacier Games
Glacier Games combines wild fun with meaningful learning about each day’s Bible Point!
Sticky Scripture
Immerse kids in the daily Scripture so they will UNDERSTAND God’s Word, APPLY it to their lives, and REMEMBER the Scripture for years to come!
Tundra Treats
Tundra Treats provides kid-approved snacks everyone will want to get their paws on.
Our Goal for VBS 2025
Point kids to Jesus, a faithful friend we can always trust!
We are going to guide kids on the ultimate Alaskan adventure where northern lights glow over majestic mountains, racing rivers, and glistening glaciers. As kids trek the tundra, they’ll explore how easy it is to lose sight of what’s true in our wild world today. Pointing them toward Jesus, True North VBS shows them that he is a faithful friend we can always trust. He’s our True North!

Who can attend VBS?
Our VBS is open to children that can walk through 6th grade. We welcome kids from our church community and beyond! Students will be placed in classes based on the grade just finished.
Is there a cost to attend?
VBS is free of charge. A love offering will be collected during our Friday Night Program for a family in need.
What should my child bring?
Kids should bring themselves and a friend! All other materials will be provided.
